Meet Zachary
Florida native. Army Veteran. Entrepreneur. Dog Lover. Real Estate Agent!
Zach's love for people and their well-being stems from his core. After graduating from Coral Springs High School where he was on the wrestling and track team that led him to be a state qualifier in pole vaulting, Zach joined the United States Army. He enlisted as a logistical supply specialist and became an Army paratrooper. In 2009, Zach served his country in Iraq and completed his 4-year-term at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.
Zach’s love for sunny South Florida brought him back home where he earned his bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. Zach’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and led him to open his own luxury limousine company servicing high-end clients all over South Florida. When Uber and Lift entered the marketplace, Zach sold his company and immediately entered the hospitality industry at the world-famous Breakers Hotel. His attention to detail and exemplary service earned him three promotions, and the hotel’s customer service award.
Zach knew his love for people was ingrained in him and his ability to provide a high level of service came naturally. He wanted something that would allow him to work one-on-one with clients and provide the white glove experience, no matter how long it takes. Being a Florida native and having a passion for where he lived and worked, Zach felt a calling to get his real estate license and start showing potential home buyers why South Florida is where he called home.
Zach joined the Bill Sohl Luxury Homes Team in 2018, and since then, his career has taken off. Finally, this was the career he had been looking for. Even throughout Covid, our team stuck together and worked through the pandemic closing over 50 million dollars in sales volume.
I love what I do, and wouldn’t trade it for anything. Getting the full spectrum of entrepreneurship, business, and customer service experiences that lead to a client, friend, or family member achieving the dream of homeownership is priceless. For me, it's relationships over transactions. Each one is different, but the goal and the feeling are the same at the closing table.
Zach services luxury and relocation clients in Parkland, Coral Springs, and Coconut Creek. When he’s not working, Zach loves to golf, go to the gym, hang out with friends, and spend time with his dog, Bojangles.
